Winter Lunch at the Comis Hotel

November 28, 2020

JSF held a Winter Lunch at the Comis Hotel to raise funds for the employment of a Domestic Abuse Counsellor for The Children’s Centre on the Isle of Man.

We raised a total of £6,324!

JSF thanks everyone who attended and their generosity.

We are immensely grateful to Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall’s message in support of JSF’s work. Messages of support were also received from Emma Barnett, presenter of Woman’s Hour and Hetti Barkworth-Nanton, Chair of Refuge UK.

Additional thanks to His Excellency The Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney for reading The Duchess of Cornwall’s message as representative of the Queen on the Island.

We were also delighted the Chief minister Honourable Howard Quayle and the education minister, Dr Alex Allison were able to attend.
